



Last night I went home to see my parents and was rewarded with an amazing meal courtesy of my mom. We had Ina Garten's Arugula, Watermelon and Feta salad, followed by a shrimp and green onions (from the garden) in Vietnamese sweet and sour sauce with baby bok choy. Dessert included a strawberry and (homemade) lemon curd tart. Beyond delicious.
